Thank you for your interest in SJCS! 

Our application process is designed for families and the school to be able to determine if SJCS is right for your student. We have created the following steps to aid in that decision making process. Please note, our deadline for application for the 2021-2022 school year is January 14, 2021.   

1. Create a Ravenna Account

SJCS uses Ravenna, a web-based admissions tool,  for registration for events and the formal application. 

2. Attend a Tour and/or Open House

Our Tours and Open Houses are a great way to connect with the community. During our admissions events, you will get a sneak peek into student life, hear from current parents and chat with our Head of School. Participation in a Tour and/or an Open House event is a required step in the application process. Due to COVID-19, we will be offering all admissions events via Zoom until further notice. We hope to be able to welcome you to campus soon!

3. Apply and Submit Supplemental Materials

SJCS has a firm application date of January 14, 2021 for admission for the 2021-2022 school year. Applications received after this date will be considered after March 29, 2021 if space is available. The following must be submitted by the deadline:

  • Parent Statement
  • Supplemental Materials
  • Teacher Evaluation Forms
  • Transcripts (for entering grades 1-5)
  • Financial Assistance Form (optional, due on January 22)

4. Participate in a Visit Day

All applicant students must participate in a Visit Day, to be held during March 2021. Applicants will receive information on how to register for a Visit Day date in early February.
