Prospective Parent Information Nights

We encourage prospective parents to join us for an informative evening that includes presentations from teachers and details about the admissions process, followed by time for your questions. No RSVP necessary, but please note this evening is designed for adults. All events are held at SJCS.

School Day Tours

Parents are also encouraged to visit during the school day for a personal tour with the Director of Admissions. Tours are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.). Other days and times available by arrangement. Prospective Student Visits

Kindergarten Applicants
Children participate in a small group assessment as part of the application process. Children spend 45-60 minutes with our kindergarten teachers and educational team. Assessments are held in February and March and are scheduled by the Director of Advancement in late January.

Grade 1-5 Applicants
Students spend a half-day in their current grade, usually from 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Visiting students are assigned a buddy for the day and participate in General Studies subjects and specialty curricula. Visit days are by arrangement with the Director of Advancement.
